By accessing or using SarvamAstro's website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SarvamAstro provides an online and mobile astrology platform. The following features are available free of charge:

• Basic Vedic birth chart (Kundali) generation• Kundali matching (compatibility analysis)• Basic numerology• Daily horoscope for all 12 signs• Blog articles and educational content

The following premium features can be unlocked either through a one-time 24-hour Premium Access pass or by purchasing individual reports (see Section 7):

• Detailed birth chart and dasha analysis• AI-powered astrology readings and insights• Gemstone recommendations• Yearly horoscope and transit analysis• Auspicious timing tools (Muhurat, Rahu Kaal, Choghadiya)• Sade Sati analysis

**Features Not Yet Available:** KP System and Lal Kitab analysis are planned features and are NOT currently available in the app. Any reference to these on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no commitment as to if or when these features will be released.

All features are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

SarvamAstro provides astrological and numerological information for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. All content, readings, predictions, gemstone recommendations, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes.

**This is NOT professional advice:** Our services do not constitute professional medical, financial, legal, psychological, or life advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

**No Guarantee of Accuracy:** While we strive for accuracy in our calculations, astrology is an interpretive art. Planetary positions are calculated mathematically, but their interpretation involves subjective analysis.

**Consult Professionals:** For medical conditions, mental health concerns, financial decisions, or legal matters, please consult qualified professionals.

**AI Limitations:** Our AI astrologer is trained on classical texts and provides automated interpretations. These should not be treated as the opinion of a licensed professional.

**An account is required to use SarvamAstro.** You must create an account and sign in before you can access the app's features.

**Sign-in is handled by a third party.** Account creation is performed through a trusted third-party sign-in provider (such as Google or Apple). You authenticate directly with that provider — SarvamAstro never sees or stores your password.

**Minimal data only.** To create and operate your account, SarvamAstro stores only your name and email address, obtained through the sign-in provider. We do not require any other personal information. Providing a phone number or any additional personal data is entirely optional, and the app remains fully usable without it. We do not sell or share this information. How we handle this data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services you also agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.• Maintain the security of the third-party account you use to sign in and notify us of any unauthorised use you become aware of.• Not impersonate another person or create an account on someone else's behalf without authorisation.• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Services.

We may suspend or remove an account associated with conduct that violates these Terms.

**Our Content:** All content on SarvamAstro, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, the Vedic chart formats, software, and AI model outputs, is the property of SarvamAstro or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

**Your Content:** Any birth data, preferences, or feedback you provide remain your information. By providing this data, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide our Services.

**Restrictions:** You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from our platform without our prior written consent. Screen recording or automated extraction of chart data is prohibited.

**Classical Texts:** Our AI is trained on classical astrological texts that are in the public domain. The specific AI interpretations and delivery mechanisms remain our intellectual property.

You agree not to use SarvamAstro for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws• Harassment, hate speech, or content that discriminates against individuals or groups• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without our written permission• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems• Using our AI tools to generate harmful, false, or misleading astrological predictions for others• Commercial resale of our content without a written agreement• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services

**No Subscriptions:** SarvamAstro does NOT offer monthly, yearly, or any recurring subscription. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel, because no recurring billing ever takes place.

**Free Tier:** Basic birth chart generation, Kundali matching, basic numerology, and the daily horoscope are provided free of charge and require no payment.

**24-Hour Premium Access:** You may purchase a one-time pass that unlocks all premium features for a period of 24 hours from the time of activation. This pass does not renew. Once the 24-hour period ends, premium access simply expires and you are charged nothing further.

**Individual Purchases:** Alternatively, you may purchase specific premium reports or features individually (a-la-carte) at the prices displayed in the app. Each such purchase is a one-time charge for that specific item only.

**Pricing:** All prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. The price displayed at the moment you confirm a purchase is the price that applies. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

**NO REFUNDS:** All purchases — whether the 24-Hour Premium Access pass or any individual item — are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Because access and digital reports are delivered immediately, we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including unused time on a 24-hour pass or dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations. Please be certain before you complete a purchase.

**No Cancellation:** As there are no subscriptions or recurring charges, there is no cancellation process. A 24-hour pass cannot be cancelled, paused, or extended once activated.

**Payment Processing:** Payments are handled by third-party app store or payment providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). Their terms also apply to your transaction. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law are unaffected by this section.

Your use of SarvamAstro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We treat your birth data with particular sensitivity, as it is personal and sensitive information. We do not sell your birth information or astrological chart data to third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

SarvamAstro, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to:• Decisions made based on our astrological content• Inaccuracies in planetary calculations or interpretations• Service interruptions or data loss• Any content provided by third parties through our platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us at sarvamastroapp@gmail.com to resolve disputes amicably. We commit to responding to all legal inquiries within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties• Is fraudulent or involves illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
