Request Data Removal

We respect your right to privacy. You can request permanent deletion of your SarvamAstro account and all associated personal data at any time.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your birth charts, kundali matches, AI readings, and personal data will be permanently erased from our systems. This data cannot be recovered after deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

The following data is permanently removed upon account deletion:

Account Profile
Your name, email address, and account credentials
Birth Chart Data
All saved birth details, charts, and kundali records
Kundali Matches
All compatibility reports and matching history
Numerology Reports
All saved numerology readings and calculations
Gemstone Preferences
Your saved gemstone recommendations and notes
Saved Horoscopes
Bookmarked daily and yearly horoscope readings
AI Chat History
All conversations with the AI astrologer
App Preferences
Theme settings, notification preferences, and customizations
What May Be Retained

Transaction records and billing history may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax laws (GST compliance). Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for product analytics. These cannot be linked back to you after deletion.

How It Works

Your deletion request is processed in 4 simple steps:

We'll verify your identity by sending a confirmation to your registered email within 24 hours

Processing
Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days

Confirmation
You'll receive a final email confirming your account and data have been completely removed
